1. Never admit to drinking anything when pulled over;

8. After a DUI, always schedule a DMV hearing within (10) ten days of receiving a DUI. If not, you lose your rights to contest your license suspension.

9. Only perform (1) One Type of Blood Alcohol Test (Breathalyzer, Blood Test, or Urine Test). Always ask for a sample to be saved for your independent testing in the future, also known as Trombetta advisement.

10. If you refuse to give a blood alcohol test and someone is killed or severely injured, be on notice that the Courts have upheld the Police have the right to force a blood test in certain circumstances so don’t physically fight the officer or you will be looking at another charge for disobeying a Police Officer.
